Quest University
Quest University is an undergraduate liberal arts and sciences university. The $100 million residential campus opened in Fall 2007 with an inaugural class of 160 first-year students and has been growing in popularity over the last 3 years.
Quest University was founded on a simple premise: that the best education comes not from knowing the right answers, but in learning how to ask insightful questions. Led by Dr. David Strangway, former President of the University of British Columbia, the founders of Quest are convinced that today's students are not being best-served by the traditional university structures. So they created a university committed to fostering intellectual curiosity and nurturing students' abilities to express, advance and champion their ideas.
Education at Quest is designed expressly for the 21st-century student. Courses integrate disciplines and offer a fusion of practical and academic knowledge. A small student population ensures an intense, collaborative learning environment in which students work closely with faculty and peers. As well, ffiliations with 18 leading universities throughout the world offer annual review of Quest's academic program and also provide student exchange and work abroad opportunities.
